Mohammad Bitar
Deputy Chief Executive Officer

As the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Al Ansari Exchange, Mohammad Bitar plays a major role in the formulation and implementation of the overall growth strategy of the organization. He has more than two decades of diverse experience in the financial services industry across a broad range of strategy, organization, operations, and information technology assignments. Bitar has previously worked with various local and international firms in the U.A.E, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan, including the “National Bonds Corporation”, Union National Bank and Accenture.

He holds a post graduate diploma in Information Technology and Management from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jordan University of Science & Technology. He is also certified in investments and wealth management from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Abdul Rahman
Country Head

Abdul Rahman is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in business strategic planning and operations management and an MBA degree in Banking and Finance. He is responsible for implementing key initiatives in Kuwait critical to advancing the organization’s vision, mission and strategic objectives in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Abdul is known for his tenacity and strong work ethic — attributes that are essential to achieving the company’s major goals and aspirations. He provides direction, inspires teams and pushes for consistent collaboration and coordination between departments for seamless operations and long-term business success.

Ashraf Moussad Abdel Hafez Ahmed
Chief Human Capital & Corporate Services Officer

An HR Professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in international standards of human resources, administration, quality, training & development and leasing experience, Mr. Ashraf, is known to be a strong leader who consistently aligns HR strategies with business goals and is an expert in establishing SHRM plans, manpower planning, performance management and bringing higher quality standards to his work environment with deep knowledge of the G.C.C leasing market.  His multifaceted experience spanning from global organizations in the U.A.E, K.S.A, Egypt and Libya has equipped him with strategic knowledge and tactical human resources & administration leadership which he continuously uses in managing the organization’s HR & Administration and leasing aspects.

Mr. Ashraf holds a post graduate diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management from The American University.

Mr. Anwar holds a Bachelor’s Degree and majored in History and Political Science at the University of Mysore, India.
